***<<< TURN POWER OFF >>>*** - remove screws in back on rear panel - remove screws that hold power wires to element-clip wires with (whatever you chose to do so)-remove old element - Reverse procedure to install - turn power on - turn stove on - keep Brother In Law from testing element with fingers! lol - Set temp - use thermometer to check temp at medium heat - Adjust temperature at back of knob if needed ( loosen two screws in back of the knob, twist the knob to adjust temp + or - 100 degrees at 50 degree intervals) - done. Easy as pie and the stove is like new.
