Removed washer kick plate during normal cycle operation to determine where the nose was coming from...once I determined that it was coming from a particular part, I figured I would google my diswasher model number to see if I could figure out what part was needed and if I could order this part. It was there I found myself searching in the PartsSelect web site. This site was a termendous help. I found diagrams along with other testimonials and how to fixes. The removal of the old part was very easy. I loosened the hose clamp attaching the drain hose to the motor with a screw driver. This allowed me access to the compression clamp on the back side of motor. Becareful, the motor is attached on a bracket that is a little tricky to get released. Once I removed the motor, I replaced it with the new motor in reverse sequence. Good luck!
