simply remove the cap, reach in and pull out the cover,use a 7/16 socket with a long extension,undo the bolt, remove the agitator,turn it upside down and the piece with the 3 dawgs in it will fall out, just replace them with the new dawgs, slide the retaining cover back on untill it snaps into place, then drop it back into the agitator and reverse the removal process and your done, real easy! This is the second time within 10 years I had to replace them, They are only plastic and wear out within 5 or 6 years!
