The water temp switch was bad
Took out 2 screws and 2 bolts, the top lifted off, unplugged and removed the switch by twisting it, installed the new switch, plugged the wire bundle reinstalled the hardware and it was all fixed. It was so simple and quick.

Broken shaft on temp switch!
Took off top by removing bolt and screw. Switch came out with a twist!

When water temp switch is switched to cold no water hot and warm work

Hi Robert, Thank you for sending in your question, The most common problem would be the water inlet valve. Sounds like the color water side of the valve is not opening up and the valve will need to be replaced. God luck with your repair!

The cold water will not work, only hot water.

Hi Clide, Thank you for your question. If there is no hot water coming into the washer, There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue.
