I watched the video on your website, unplugged stove, unscrewed 2 screws that held the clasp on the element, pulled the wiring towards me a few inches, unplugged the part from the wiring, plugged new part in, put 2 screws back in and I was baking that night!! So proud of myself since they wanted 161.35 to come fix it from an appliance repair. 100.00 to come and do it, and 61.00 for the part. A friend at work has purchased from your site and gave me the information. I paid 29.00 plus shipping, it was at my door by the 2nd about 36.00 and it was DONE.. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW EASY AND I AM A SINGLE WOMAN..and would have been so MAD if I had wasted my money and that was all there was to fixing it..YOUR VIDEO was GREAT!!!
