The part came with Whirlpool Corporation recommendations (prying off the damaged drive coupling - destroying the couplings reverse threads), but I found different instructions on your website that made more sense (holding the drive shaft while unscrewing the reverse threaded drive coupling). I found I could NOT hold the blender's drive shaft as your customer suggested (my wire stripper tool was thin - but not thin enough to fit under the drive coupling on top of the appliance housing), and then tried the Whirlpool instructions, which worked perfectly and went pretty very quickly. The Kitchen Aid blender now works perfectly!
