Removed power, removed the ice maker being held with three screws. Replaced with old unit. This box was so old that I robbed parts from the old and placed them on the new unit. Mkes ice very good.

The part 'Complete Ice Maker Kit' that Gene From Highland Village, TX used in this story is now subbed to part Complete Ice Maker Kit This kit comes with ducts, a water fill tube, and the hardware needed to install the icemaker. This unit replaces the old twist-tray style of icemaker that was in use before 1990. This icemaker kit produces crescent shaped cubes.
