Hoses are the most likely cause of clothes washer leaks. This tub-to-pump hose carries the water from the tub to the drain pump. If you notice that your tub is leaking during the wash cycle, check the the hose for holes. If the tube does have a hole or crack in it, the part should be replaced. Also, check both the connection and the juncture of the hose with the drain for your house. While you are looking at the hose, check to see if the threads or clamps are corroded or loose. Water leak
Removed front panel by releasing spring clips with putty knife and removed two screws with a ratchet and 5/16” socket. Removed rear access cover with a ratchet and 5/16” socket. Removed and replaced tub to pump hose. Loosened clamps on each end of hose with channel locks. Re installed rear access cover and front panel.

crack in tub hose causing washer water to spill on to floor
raised the top of the washer to get at the front panel screws. Removed the front panel. Removed the cracked hose and installed the new one. Reinstalled the front and top panels.

Water leaking when washer was filling with water.

Remove the metal plate in back of the washer that 3 screws. I use a vise-grips to remove the two clamps.One on other the tub side and the other the pump side. Pull the old hose off the tub side and the pump side.Use the old clamps to put the new hose on.

Leaky hose resulted in damaged Thrust Bearing
After replacing the tub to pump hose, I adjusted the feet on the washer. Apparently, the main pulley sits so low on these washers that it ground into the floor and stripped out the thrust bearing. If there is a tool that makes the job easier, I didn't have it. I finally got it on with two flathead screwdrivers prying the shaft out while I wedged one corner of the clip in the groove.
