PLASTIC EAR BROKE ON THE BACKSPLASH PANEL. HEMOSTAT WAS USED TO REMOVE AND RE-INSERT THE LOCKING KEY FOR THE TIMER KNOB (FOUND THIS IS THE BEST TOOL TO USE). ALL OTHER KNOBS SLIDE OFF THE SHAFTS. THE OTHER CONTROS ALL TWIST LOCK INTO PLACE AND ARE EASY TO REMOVE AND INSTALL. JUST BE SURE TO UNPLUG THE MACHINE BEFORE OPENING UP THE PANEL AS THERE IS A SHOCK HAZARD PRESENT INSIDE THE PANEL.
