Heating element separated into three peices

First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wire connectors from the lugs on the element. I then connected the new element in reverse order. Then I tested the new element by setting the controls to bake. That was the end of the repair rprocess.
