dryer would not turn on

Remove cap, remove knob, remove sleve, to get the front off. Remove three torx screws from top of console and drop forward the console. Depress the left plastic tab and slide the dryer timer to the left. Unplug the plug. Plug in the new dryer timer. Slide it back in place with the stop tab engaged. Roll the console up and secure with the torx screws making sure the wires are clear. Replace the knob assembly with the 3 parts. Your dryer should start and stop like brand new.
