Freezer wasn't cooling and refrigerator side was not working.

I didn't know if I would be successful with this repair because the repairman had estimated $485.00 to fix the problem. This seemed like a serious problem to me and I was dubious as to whether or not I could fix it on my own. Well, I watched the video and re-watched carefully noting the steps. I followed the video to the letter and had no glitches along the way. It was very easy to do this repair and I still can't believe I was able to do it and in under 30 min!
