All led on main display board were blinking, Unit was not cooling at all.

Unpluged Refer, opened 8x 8 back access pannel, removed plastic cover, unpluged the 4 plugs, pulled out old board and installed new. Re atttched all plugs. Pluged in Refer and the water dispenser started pooring out water. I valved off water. Programed code fro door buttons per instructions. Opened water valve. Refer working now, Ice maker is making ice. However the door water dispencer is now not despencing water??? I have no idea why. I am not sure where the solinoid is to check.
