White plastic timer dial skirt was broken at the shaft.

After browsing the internet for a replacement part, came upon your website with the super friendly repair man - making it look very easy to replace this part. The video answered all of my questions, and I was able to take apart the old dial - (although it helped to have an extra set of hands to lift off the gray rubber portion - while the other person was wrangling the white tabs inward with the screw driver) Once the new part came in (very quickly I might add) it took about 30 seconds to put everything back together.
