Motor was Spinning, but basket and agitator were not

Unplugged machine =]
Removed Drain hose & supply hoses
Removed 2 hex screws at the bottom of the back of the washer.
Removed 2 phillips screws that held control pannel to the cabinet.
Disconnected wiring harnes and overfill tube
Tilted cabinet forward and removed from frame.
Removed wiring harnes from motor.
Removed straps that hold motor in place
Replaced coupler.

VERY EASY!!!

It also gave me a chance to clean out all the gunk from the top of the outer basket.

Saved me $500 in a new washer or $200 in service call.
