FIRST I HAD TO CALL IN A MAYTAG REPAIR MAN TO FIND OUT WHERE THE SHORT WAS. HE DID NOT HAVED THE TIMER IN STOCK AND SAID IT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS PLUS ANOTHER CHARGE. I HAD HIM REPAIR THE SHORT AND ORDERD THE PART THROUGH YOUR SERVICE. IT CAME IN TWO DAYS AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES I HAD IT INSTALLED AND THE DRYER RUNNING. THE SERVICE CALL COST ME $80. THE PART WAS $80.00 SO I SAVED THE SECOND COST OF A SERVICE CALL. PS IF I HAD THE NERVE I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE DRYER APART TO FIND THE SHORT. BUT.............. MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY WAS 5 STAR THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. DON BRANCHVILLE NJ
