First I went to your site, and chazaaam!!, once I put in the model number the suggested problems menu poped up.I took a chance on your probability chart, since I don't have much in the way of testing equipment, nor diagnostic skill.I was surprised when the part was delivered the NEXT day. The biggest problem with the repair was getting the dryer out and in. The actual repair was simply removing some screws holding the back panel on, then removing a screw or two and unplugging two wires on the part itself! You made me an instant hero with my lady friend.I will definitely use you again for my next appliance fail, and I'm telling everyone about you. Thanks.
