I have very little experience in repairing appliances, so I had no idea what to do. I looked around at a few websites, and even began to look at new washers. I finally found partselect.com, and was pleased to find that not only did they suggest a part, but also provided very easy to follow videos on how to do the repair. It only took about 15 minutes to get the washer apart to find the broken part. I ordered it, and within 3 days I had my part, and another 15 minutes had the washer back together. I went from almost buying a new washer to only spending about $20 (including shipping) and 30 minutes of my time. Wonderful site, easy to use and very very helpful.
