Took the trim out of the box, removed the old trim, cleaned up the "guck" left by the old tenant and then screwed in the new piece. VOILA! A NEW LOOKING OVEN. You didn't ask about dealing with your company. THAT'S THE BEST PART. It took less then 10 minutes to speak to someone knowledgeable, figure out the correct model number, locate the part that I needed and place the order. Here comes the most amazing thing: You are in Canada...I am in Pennsylvania. The part arrived 1 day later!! How did you do that? USPS can't even match that service when mailing to my own city. And this was not a Quirk because about a week later, I ordered another part and IT TOO, ARRIVED IN 1 DAY.

You are in my A-List of addresses for anything I need. I can go to you first.
