I wasnt sure what was wrong but thought I may be the pump. I typed in problem on your sight & saw a lid switch would also cause it not to drain. I had had problems with switch & had been riggiing it for a month. I ordered part & waited 3 days & here it was! I then found a video on you tube showing how to change the switch.. After watching it a couple of times it was very simple to get into the panel of the machine remove the clips holding the outside cover on. Replace the switch & put the whole thing back together. The whole repair cost me $34.68 shipping & all much better than the $150-185 estimate from the repair services I called. I did need help from my teenager getting the outside cover back in place so I could put the clips back but it was defanitly easier than I thought it would be! And MUCH easier on this single moms wallet!
