I followed the instruction on the video but I failed to look at he assembly real good before disassembly. I did not notice how the stationary blade assembly was positioned and nothing in the video explained how to reinstall it. I had it togeather 3 or4 times before I noticed it had a pocket to go into. Other than that it was a snap.
