The part I received works - but disappointed.
I ordered the ice bucket as identified. I searched internet until I found what I thought was exact bucket and good price. The photo of your part was identical to my damaged bucket. Upon receiving and opening the box containing the part you sent, I immediately saw that the bucket was not clear as portrayed in photo of part....just like my damaged bucket.....the part you sent is solid white. Everything else is identical and it works and I will not be returning......just feel it was misleading.....

I pulled out the old drawer and installed the new one.
Then dumped thrice from the old drawer into the new one.

Ice dispenser did not dispense ice
Ordered the part on a Tuesday and received the NEXT day. Slid out the damaged part and then slid in the new part!!! Excellent Service from your company and will recommend highly!!!

Broken bucket assembly
This is about the easiest repair you can make. Simply pull out the old auger/bucket assembly and reinsert the new one and your done!
