washer would not aggitate or spin

Technition said door switch. I questioned his diagnosis. I felt that if the switch was bad, the washer wouldn't fill either. He simply repeated that it was the door switch, so I ordered one. $30 for his diagnosis, plus $15 for the part. There was nothing wrong with the door switch in the washer. (If the sw was bad, the machine would not fill with water. just that simple. This was a complete waste of $45.
