The latch broke and it was hard to get into the dishwasher.

I first opened my dishwasher by removing the 11 nut screws and took the part out. The website had a nice video to watch to see the process on how to replace this part. After getting the part out by just unplugging the part from the wires, I went to your website and ordered the part. The pictures helped me see the exact part that I needed to ordered. I am a visual person, so this was very helpful.
It only took 3 days for the part to arrive and then I replaced the part within 15 minutes by the instruction from the video that I watched earlier. If I would had to call a repair person, it would have cost me over $80. This part including shipping was under $35. Thank you.
