Troubleshooted the problem using youtube ordered the part and fixed the valve with ease. removed all the nuts holding the plate and the valve to the back of the refrigerator, removed the three 1/4in lines connected to the valve via compression fittings, replaced the valve, reconnected the waterlines, the plate and the bracket.20 min job
