Watched mid portion of video only to get an "idea" of where to start. Didn't even have to disassemble washer as suggested in video. Simply laid it on its back, undid the clips holding the pump to the motor and then undid the clips holding the motor to the "transmission" to separate the coupling pieces and install the replacement coupler. Pried off the old plastic pieces and installed the new metal reinforced pieces and reassembled in reverse order.
Most of my 20 minute repair was spent "cleaning" under the washing machine! Actual repair time was 10 minutes or less.

Finding the part on, the price, and the regular shipping arriving 2 days after my order, exceeded every expectation imaginable! The ease of repair with the accompanying video and written instructions, was again, unimaginable! With the price of comparable washers nearing $1000, I would not have thought it possible to have my machine running with a self-installed part for less than $15...and I can't remember it running so smoothly and quietly!
Finally, a company "not promising anything", but delivering far beyond any expectation. If you don't have parts that I or the many friends I've already recommended, need, then I don't know where else to look! Certainly won't be able to match your performance!
