I pulled the plug and leaned the machine up against the wall so I could remove the front panel while sitting on a low stool. (After all when you're 85 you like to be comfortable.) I checked the rollers and the belt after removing the drum and found they looked good. After reading your list of probabilities the blower wheel was mentioned. Checking it I found that it spun freely on its shaft and did not have a flat on the hub to match the flat on the shaft. I ordered a new one from you and you said you would send it Monday. That was a Saturday or Sunday, I forgot, but I was sure surprised when Fed-X delivered it about 10:30 AM Tuesday. I went right to work putting it in in short order and the only problem I had was not knowing how to thread the belt around the pulley and the idler. I poked around a little more on the internet and low and behold I found a perfect picture of the belt mounted and so I managed to go to the back and eureka! I was done. I did lots of vacuuming lint while I had it open and so I'm almost happy I had a problem because now I know I have a clean, lint free machine. My hats off to you guys because you're really doing a nice job, I for one appreciate it. Thanks. Arthur R Schuelke
