Bellow was torn at the door causing water to leak

I would recommend to remove the front loader door first. Then remove the clamp that holds the front of the bellow to the washer, Remove the top panel and then the front panel. Remove the band that holds the back of the bellow to the washer. Reverse the process to install the bellow. It helps to apply a little soapy water to make it easy to put the bellow on the track for both the front and back. It also helps to have four hands. Hope you have a friend or significant other.
