the unit would not dry

after calling several repair shops and being told that it would take a week for someone to respond I decided to get on the internet and see how difficult the task would be. I assumed that a heating element needed to be replaced, however I was very concerned that being it was the front load type.your site was easy to follow, I ordered the parts and had them shipped overnight.My wife was back to doing her laundry without skipping a beat.
