First I tested to see if the compressor or relay switch was broken. Then I invited a friend come over with his electrical current testing meter to track down the part where the current did not flow. Turns out it was the Circuit board.
After that was determined, it was easy to order the part, wait for delivery and install it myself. It probably took about 60 minutes to install the board and reassemble everything. Now she works like a charm.
