removed two screw at the bottom of the front panel disconnect the wires from that cover and remove the front cover. then remove the four screws from drum support, filter screen. Then remove the drum support I chose to disconnect the wire as I came to them. The job could be done with out unplugging any wires but I find it easer to just unplug the wires and have the items out of the way. Slide drum out about five inches this will allow you to remove the old belt. then remove the drum and set it aside. remove snap ring from roller shaft remove roller and washers the new one comes with two fiber washer place one washer on shaft then roller and the other washer fasten it with snap ring repeat this with the other roller replace drum in the same way you removed it placing the belt on the motor first then place it over the drum carefully lift the drum in to place taking care that the belt is not twisted and in the right location. now for the noise I was trying to fix during disable I discovered that the noise was actually the blower wheel, this wheel has a flat side molded into it to fit on the shaft which has a flat side on the shaft my old blower wheel had rounded off and was slipping on the shaft purchased a new one and replaced it. This has corrected the problem and now it runs like new the job was easy and took about 2 hrs to complete total cost about $65.00. Any one could do this it is not all that hard. Where I live the service call would be $100.00 plus labor which would be $120.00. So by doing it myself I saved $220.00. If I can do it so can you.
