I took off the back of the dryer, the thermal fuse was attached by one screw , took off old ,replaced with knew one and to my surprise My dryer worked.
I figured since my dryer was purchased in 1994 I would give it a shot. The part was only about Ten dollars, it was easy to install and it was said 50% of the time this was the problem. I love saving money.
