Dryer stopped running

First off; this is the first dryer I've fixed myself and by following your great video, the repair was completed within half an hour. My dryer had stopped working completely and I envisioned a repairman's expensive home visit, but that was before I found your website. By following your instructional video and what tools to procure, I used the nutdriver and had my pliers nearby, but I really didn't need them. This was a very fast and easy repair, even for a first-timer. Your website also helped me diagnose what the problem was, what part to order (which got here in three days) and how to install.
