I removed the clips from the ends of the roller guides and removed the upper rack. I used a screw driver to remove the clips. I then used the screw driver to remove the clip on broken roller from the rack. I was able to snap the replacement roller back into place without a tool. I the slide the upper rack into the guides and replaced the clips on the end of the guides. I used a screw driver to help me push the clips back in.
Your video helped me understand the process and have confidence in my ability to replace the broken rack wheel.
