I lifted the control panel out of the way and removed the machine outer shell. Removed the 2 clips holding the pump against the motor and swung the pump out of the way. 2 more clips holding the motor up had to be removed. The old drive coupling was broken on the floor. I pried the broken plastic fingers off the motor shaft and washer shaft, replaced with new fingers. The only hard part was lining up the fingers with the new rubber coupling. Reassembled motor, pump, shell and control panel. It worked!!!!!
