Pulled out ice bin, disasembled, replaced ice auger, and reasembled, easy fix, But why don't they make a stainless auger, like the older ones were. Plastic is just to brittle when it's in freezing conditions. Other refrigerators, with ice makers, I've had with metal augers, never had a problem with. Hope I don't have to do this every two years. It was very easy to do, but kind of a hassle, to order parts and have to do it, When a metal auger would never have broke. However, Parts Select was very good, got my parts right out, had them in 3 days and had it fixed. Thanks, Parts Select. Mike
