I REMOVED THE BROKEN END CAPS BY HAND.THEY SNAP IN TO THE CENTER RETAINER BAR.I ORDERED REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM PART SELECT ON THEIR WEBSITE.NEW END CAPS ARRIVED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.I INSTALLED NEW CAPS.NO TOOLS NEEDED.GREAT SERVICE BY PART SELECT.
