Actually a very simple repair. Determined that the problem was a burned out bake element since broiler worked fine. Looked up part on-line...diagram on PartsSelect made this very easy.Ordered part selecting normal shipping (part arrived in 3 days). Repair: 1) turned power off at the breaker box 2) removed baking shelves. 3) removed the two mounting screws holding old bake element in place 4) gently pulled the bake element out of the oven until about two inches of electrical wire were exposed. 5) removed the electrical clips from the old bake element. This required steady wiggle to get them off. 6) attached the electrical clips to appropriate ends of new element ensuring they are well seated 7) pushed electrical wires back into the oven and mounted the element using same two screws. Turning the power back on at the breaker, I then tested the repair. No problems noted...turned oven off and replaced the baking shelves. Baked homed made bread that evening.
