The top of my agitator wouldn't spin properly.

Oh my gosh! It couldn't have been easier! I popped off the fabric softener top, got the proper sized nut driver, and unscrewed the assembly. The top piece of the agitator that was just spinning freely came off with no problem. There were crushed bits of the dog ears in there that I wiped off each piece. Then, following the detailed instruction sheet, I reassembled the parts, installed them, tightened the bolt, and snapped the top back on. Piece of cake!! Thanks for helping me feel confident that I really could do it!!
