The problem of an icing dispenser and water leaks under the refrigerator is usually a valve problem. On this particular model there are two water valve solenoids. On investigation of the valve, unplug the refrigerator and turn off the water suppply valve FIRST.

The valve was leaking from the 5/16" quick-connection on the secondary solenoid, probably an o-ring failure. I replaced the entire valve assembly which involves sequentially reinserting the water hoses into the proper openings and replacing the wire harness.

I re-ordered another secondary valve and installed it on the old valve assembly as a spare. The 5/16" quick--connect has a slight variation from the original and appears to be an upgrade.

Once finished, plug in the refrigerator and turn on the water supply, check for leaks and dispenser function-should be fine.
