Once I pulled the dishwasher out, I found that the tube drain assembly line was crimped. How this happened is beyond me. The dishwaser worked fine when we installed up till now. I believe the installer bent the tube when installing and eventually bent to a point where water would not drain out. Once the tube drain assembly was removed with a screwdriver, the new tube drain assembly was attached to the pump and the drain tube to the disposer. Very simple fix. The dishwasher is working like new. Thank you for your prompt service!!!
