Agitator quit working

Check the coggs and found they were bad; found the thrust washer looked weak, may have caused the coggs to go bad and slip.

The parts ordered came with excellent instructions. I didn't need them but if needed they were exactly how I did the repair.

Shipping was a little high but I understand due to packaging.

The only con I have is that I never received a tracking number.
