Washing machine would not spin out water in any cycle.
We googled the problem and the how-to-repair came up on the laptop screen and what part we needed to purchased. We ordered it and installed it just as utube explained. And it works like a charm. Yeah!

washer would not spin
remove control panel, then washer cap. The replacement part was exact duplicate. Removed two screws, panel clips, slid off cap after disconnecting wiring harness. Removed three screws, took out old part, put in new part-slip cabinet back in place, buttoned it up,,,,finished.

The video for replacing the part was first class and excellent!

lid safety switch
I watched the video sent to me in an e-mail and it went smooth as silk. when putting the outside shell back in place one needs to remember to keep it tilted away from the front of the machine so it will clip into place. the video was a great help!

Washer would pump but not spin out on rinse cycle
I had a repairman come in several months ago and he said eventually I would have to have the lid switch replaced. He wrapped some electrical tape around the old switch and left. He did say when I wanted to replace it, it would cost me $69 for a service call and $129.00 plus tax for the part. I am a 69 year old female on a limited income and when I went to your site I found the part for $35.00 which included shipping. I watched the repair video several times and was confident enough to replace the part myself. I did and I found the hardest of the installation was getting the washer pulled out from the wall. Shipment was here in four days. I am very pleased with the results.

Washer would not drain or spin during a regular cycle.
Followed directions from your how-to video. My son helped me and everything went fairly well. We had a little bit of difficulty replacing the washer cabinet. Ended up we needed to tilt it on the front side as it kept hanging up when we failed to do this. After figuring that out all went well and I am a happy camper with a working washer. Thanks for the video it made all the difference in my having the confidence to undertake this repair. I really could not afford to call in a professional and am grateful to your site for the information provided.

Washer Stopped Would Not Drain Or Spin
After putting in the problem in google saw several you tube video's on possible causes. All listed a bad lid switch could be the problem. I removed the 2 screws that held the switch in place. The switch was broken into. I ordered a new switch from partsselect web site. The site also provided a video to showed how to replace it. Hardest part was reinstalling the cabinet. This fixed the problem.
