WE watched a video you had on your web sight, which was very helpful. We screwed the 2 long screws at the back of the top control panel out. There was one on the left side and one on the right side. Tipped the control panel back and then snapped out the 2 clips on each side of the control panel in the front. We then pulled the sides of the washer out, we were able to get at the old switch assembly, removed it and then proceeded to put the new switch assembly in. Then reassembled it back as we had taken the screws, clips ect. off. Saved us a labor bill and wasn't all that hard.
