I looked at the video on line. The first time I tried to temporarely fix the switch without looking at the video, I practically took the whole machine a part. With the video it was very helpful and saved me a couple of hours.
Removed the 2 screws that holds the top part with the knobs, snapped off the holders, removed the body of the machine and replaced the switch. It was a bit difficult trying to line up the body on the base since I did it alone but was able to put it back together and being doing laundry eversince without having to manually hold the switch in place to finish the cycles. Thank you for your help.
