Hardest part is removing the drip tray. it just pops out with a little prying. I used a putty knife. screw driver should work.
I found it easier to do a total dissasemble.
Remove 3 screws at the bottom of the cover and push up on it. Pull plug of wiring harness of the PC board,
I recomend removing the power from the refrigerator however I done a hot repaire by removing the black and white power wires (Left side)of the board, with a small insulated needle nose remove the other 6 wires make a wiring diagram in order to completely remove PC board (5 small screws) Next remove 3 more larger screws and wiggle the entire assemble from the door.
Two small screws hold small S.S. plates that hold the acuator in place.
Watch and get the levers back in the proper place and put it back together.
