My grown son and I followed your video exactly. However, we lacked the special tool for separating the lock washer for the roller wheels. So I used needle nose pliers to stretch the lock washer out of position. When reinstalling it, I used the pliers to position the lock washer over the axle and my son pushed it into position with his finger.

When we installed the belt, to weave it through the drive and idle wheels, it was necessary to let the belt slide into the groove on the drum. Than it worked fine. When I moved the drum back into position, I was sure to get the belt well clear of the groove on the drum.

My son checked the belt's position on the drive and idle wheels through the dryer's back door. The video was the perfect guide.
