popped cover off, unplugged refidgerator, removed 3 screws slid control module out working ice maker lever out of the slot it fits in pretty snug (it does just slide out), and the install is reverse order. Jumped contacts per diagram with INSULATED wire, after half rotaion of wheel removed jumper, this verifying heater works (feel on the bottom of tray), water supply is ok (I knew that anyway) and ice maker module works. Initial trouble shooting suspected problem was module because I pushed the white wheel (inside cover) in and it started moving (very slowly is normal) leading to the belief the internal contacts wore out. Note: troubleshooting use the digram and check power to module etc per instructions if you are capable. It is easy.
