looked on your web site and it suggested that 98 percent of the time a new element would fix the problem ...i ordered and in 2 days on had the element and put it the oven..all it took was a nut driver to loosen the screws and unplug each end ...took the new element and plugged to the ends of the element and presto it works fine..turn oven
up to 350degrees waited un til pre heat light went out..let it burn for 15 mins and turn off oven...been working ever since just fine..excellent shipping on parts
given on ordered from internet monday evening and oven working on wednesday evening...repair man could not have done it any faster..he may had to order part and then the service charge..reasonably priced also ...wish to thank you for the excellent service
