Washer would run but not spin (no agitator)

The step by step video made the repair super easy. Video was very direct with good detail. This was not the most technical repair and I have decent mechanical experience, but had never worked on a washer before. A+ for insanely fast delivery and one-stop website for parts and repair guide. If anything ever breaks again, I would definitely look here first.
