Timer won't advance

Replaced timer the 1st time with an incorrect part. The series 10 wasn't correct for my application, although when I clicked on the sereies determination help screen it wasn''t real clear about which one to choose when it came to timers. After getting the correct timer all functions returned to normal. Parts Select customer service was excellent. They helped me determine the correct part and sent out the replacement at no charge.
